Not only is coconut milk filled with medium-chain triglycerides that can be quickly used for energy, but it is also naturally sweet, thus avoiding unnecessary extra calories. Besides, whipped coconut milk might even have wider application possibilities than the regular whipped cream.

Coconut Cream Dessert
Ingredients: 1 can of chilled coconut milk, sunflower butter & white chocolate Berg Bar
Prep time: 5 minutes
1) take a can of coconut milk which has been previously held in fridge for at least an hour, open it, scoop the solid part out and place it in a blender or mixer;
2) blend the coconut milk for about a minute until it gets a smooth, light and fluffy texture;
3) transfer it to a small bowl or a cup and top it with pieces of a sunflower butter & white chocolate Berg Bar. Enjoy!
This dessert will keep you satisfied for hours and can be used as a proper meal. It contains a lot of healthy fats, low GI carbohydrates, gut-healthy fiber, and protein. It is both smooth and crunchy, and will definitely please your sweet tooth.
