Double Chocolate Dessert

Chocolate makes everything better, doesn’t it? But what if there are two types of chocolate at once? Even better. Besides, you can make your own chocolate dessert at home without using the actual chocolate. It might sound weird at first but all you need is a bit of cacao powder to turn almost any food into a chocolatey treat. Moreover, cacao is rich in antioxidants, magnesium, and iron, which is definitely something that any person but especially people with a very active lifestyle require in abundance. There are simply no valid reasons why cacao should not be consumed more often; however, when shopping for it at a grocery store, be sure to look for the unsweetened version and the darkest cacao you can find to enjoy the maximum benefits of this naturally sweet delight.
Here’s one way to get that double chocolate deliciousness we all deserve:
Double Chocolate Delight

Ingredients: 1/2 frozen banana, 1/2 fresh banana, 1 tsp cacao powder, 1/4 water or plant-based milk, Sunflower Butter & White Chocolate Berg Bar

Process:

1) place chunks of a frozen and fresh banana in a blender, add cacao powder, and pour cold water or milk on it. Blend everything until a smooth and fairly thick consistency forms and the cacao powder is mixed in well. Add more liquid in the process if the fruit seem too dry;
2) transfer the chocolate base to a small bowl or a cup and top it with pieces of a sunflower butter & white chocolate Berg Bar. Enjoy!
